About the Role:
* Support clients with daily activities enhancing their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
* Travel between client homes delivering personalized care, accommodating unique goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support.
* Domestic Assistance: Provide light household cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry services.
* Social Support: Accompany clients to social events, shopping, and medical appointments.
* Mobility Support: Assist clients using walking frames, wheelchairs, hoists/lifters, slide sheets, and hearing aids.
* Documentation: Record client wellbeing progress notes as required.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support.
* Current Australian Federal Police Check.
* First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Australian Drivers Licence.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Reliable, registered vehicle insurance.
* Smartphone with internet access.
