Resident Companion – Permanent Part-time PositionLocation: 161 Male Street, Brighton, Victoria
Responsibilities
* Liaise with the General Manager to develop a plan for each resident
* Coordinate requested personal outing services for participating residents
* Complete accurate and detailed participation notes
* Build rapport and offer companionship to each resident participating in the Resident Companion program
* Manage time effectively for each resident
Requirements
To work in residential aged care, you must provide satisfactory background checks, including an NDIS or police check (role dependent), current year flu vaccination, and proof of relevant certification.
