Senior Receptionist – Mornington, Victoria, Australia
Lifecare is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity (30 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) working to support our Allied Health team in Mornington.
This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
* Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, timesheet management & debt recovery, payroll and end of month reporting in the Practice Manager's absence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers, and community stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
* Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
What You'll Bring
* Experience working in a medical / allied health setting.
* Experience with a medical/clinical software, preferably Nookal or similar.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Someone who is passionate about the patient journey.
