Responsibilities:
* Develop account strategies by understanding critical business drivers, interpreting impact and opportunities.
* Guide and coach local teams with best practices, provide insights on customers and competitive landscapes.
* Create tactical plans to grow or maintain business, build cases for initiatives and manage ROI.
* Identify must-win opportunities, define annual sales targets, ensure targets are achieved through structured follow-up processes.
* Lead engagements and relationship building amongst stakeholders at senior and C-suite levels.
Requirements:
* 10 years of sales and account management experience.
* Ability to demonstrate coaching skills, successful strategy design and implementation.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
* Curious individual with willingness to learn and adapt.
* Degree in Engineering or Business, basic knowledge in finance and financial statements.
* Willingsness to travel worldwide (up to 70%).
