Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling-
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent-
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community-
- Building positive relationships with our clients-
- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable**Requirements**:
- Prior experience will be highly regarded-
- Availability for night shifts-
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)Working for us we can offer you:

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:
- Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers-
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.-
