About the Role
You will have experience as a House and Land Coordinator or Sales Associate. Your primary focus is to support our Greenfields Business in completing H&L Packages for our House and Land Manager.
Reporting to the House and Land Manager - your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare House & Land Packages for the sales team (using Runway) - primary function - (previous experience using Runway preferred but not essential)
* Be able to read & understand engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions & Estate Design Guidelines
* Be able to source land to package.
* Ideally have existing relationships with land agents & if not then have the ability to develop those relationships
* Manage House and Land packages and publish to websites and portals
* Distribute package flyers to developers and land agents
* General admin support for the sales team/H&L Manager
* Liaise with Estimating and Operations teams as required
* Be cognisant of forecast dates and ensure all jobs are being recorded accurately
* Provide reports as appropriate
* Maintain a professional approach in all dealings whether face to face, telephone or written.
* Ensure all information supplied to the sales team & developers is accurate
* Have a working knowledge of our product
About You
At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.
Previous experience in similar role within the residential construction Industry (highly desirable).
We anticipate that you will already possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* 12 months experience preferred
* Ability to site plans accurately and meet estate guidelines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Your knowledge of the ever-changing landscape is always up to date.
