Our Gold Coast team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome new Occupational Therapists.
We support OTs at all career stages—graduates, early career, and experienced clinicians—with tailored onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and set up for success from the start.
How does GenPhysio support our OTs?
• Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow OTs and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
• 1:1 Support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• Group discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire GenPhysio OT team to complete short professional development courses, discuss cases or just connect as a team.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
• Head office-based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

• Work from home setup and starter kit - we supply everything you need to be set up for success: company laptop, mobile, printer, iPad, full PPE supplied. Once you have eased into your caseload, our support team are able to source and have delivered the right prac stock you need to properly support your clients as you get to know their needs.
Travel
Option of $8000 annual vehicle allowance (paid in each fortnightly pay run) or the option of a fully serviced company car (fuel card provided) with personal use options.
Caseload options - GenPhysio is able to provide a diverse community caseload; from functional capacity assessments and equipment trials to early intervention, home modifications, mental health support, rehabilitation, Telehealth, NDIS, and Aged Care (SAH) – we are able to develop a caseload based on your main areas of interest.

What do you need to have?
* Tertiary qualifications
* AHPRA registration (or eligiblilty)
* Drivers license & vehicle
* National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
* NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
* Appropriate working rights
