Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Audit and Administrator to join our team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant industrial agreements and legislation, and for managing the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the HRIS design and operation aligns with legislation and industrial agreements.
* Liaise with system administrators to manage configuration and updates.
* Audit data integrity and system accuracy through regular testing.
* Recommend improvements to payroll and HR practices.
* Educate teams on audit findings and system usage.
* Provide payroll reporting and support operational efficiency.
* Maintain organisational structure and workflows in the HRIS.
* Document processes, guidelines, and user manuals for system administration.
* Monitor system changes and support process adjustments.
* Build reporting capability across payroll and HR teams.
* Maintain an issues register for HRIS-related updates.
* Analyse complex HR/payroll systems for performance and compliance.
* Support payroll operations during peak periods or staff absences.
* Uphold organisational values and contribute to a safe, respectful workplace.
* Participate in professional learning and comply with all policies.
