KPI Group is a national labour hire provider operating since 2010 across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. We are expanding our workforce in Lismore NSW and are seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
These roles suit motivated, reliable, and multi-ticketed professionals who can work independently, follow daily site instructions, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidates must reside in Lismore or within a 50km radius.
Positions Available (Multiple Roles)
* All-Round Experienced Multi-Skilled / Ticketed Labourers
* Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Water Cart, etc. (GPS knowledge and current VOC highly advantageous)
* Skilled Labourers
* General Labourers
* Riggers
* Formwork Carpenters
* Carpenters
* EWP Operators
* Manitou Operators
* Dogman
* Forklift Operators
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in construction and/or civil environments
* White Card (essential)
* Relevant, current tickets with demonstrated industry experience
* Recent Verification of Competency (VOC) on machinery (highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
* NSW Driver's Licence and reliable transport (essential)
* Australian citizenship
* Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Safety-focused with strong communication skills
* Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic
* Reliable, task-driven, and able to follow site direction
