About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled Warehouse professional to join our busy Airport Catering site and lead a Purchasing team. As Supply Chain Supervisor, you'll be responsible for monitoring daily inventory levels, engaging in logistics communications with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring sufficient stock to meet demand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily station/operational area stock reviews and replenishments, ensuring correct internal distribution of inbound stock.
* Manage an offsite frozen goods storage (perishables) as part of our expanded facility.
* Report any damaged or de-listed stock items and advise airline/customs accordingly.
* Coordinate the frequency of stock deliveries to Kitchen from Agility/Bulk Store.
* Coordinate the method and frequency of stock/equipment replenishment from Airlines.
* Maintenance and retrieval of correct documentation for customs audits and reports.
* Monitor date codes of any applicable stock and report.
* Effectively plan and forecast equipment orders and levels at both kitchen and 3rd party logistic locations to account for holiday periods.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes, sound knowledge of the airline catering industry, proficient Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
