Key Responsibilities
* Execute carpentry works across various residential and commercial contract sites.
* Interpret site plans and specifications provided by head contractors/builders.
* Perform structural framing, roofing, and flooring.
* Install windows, door frames, external cladding, and internal fix-outs.
* Manage materials and coordinate with other trades on-site to meet strict contract deadlines.
* Ensure all work meets Australian Building Standards and project-specific OHS requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
* Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Carpentry (AQF Level 3) or equivalent.
* Experience: 2+ years of carpentry experience, preferably within a contracting environment.
* Licensing: Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and a Driver's License are essential.
* Equipment: Must be proficient with all trade-related power tools and equipment.
* Mobility: Ability to travel to various site locations as required by our contracting schedule.
* Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised on busy sites.
* Work Rights: Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required.
