We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.The PositionApplications are now open for a Perth Airport based Administrator role on a 15-month contract, supporting underground mining operations and offering flexibility for an immediate start or short notice period.DutiesCoordinate and mobilise personnel to mine sites across Australia in line with operational schedulesComplete payroll data entry with a high level of accuracyArrange commercial flights and accommodation for site-based personnelAssist with medical bookings and pre-employment requirementsManage onboarding processes for new employeesSupport daily maintenance and operational data entryMonitor and manage shared operations and maintenance inboxesMaintain accurate employee records within INX IntuitionManage rosters using Excel and INX inFlightRaise, receipt, and manage purchase orders through ProntoMaintain general administrative records and filing systemsUndertake additional duties as reasonably directed to support operationsTo be consideredMinimum 2 years experience in an administrative role within a mining, maintenance, or operations environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work autonomously while supporting a wider team.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.Working knowledge of Pronto and INX systems (highly regarded).
