Gordon Brothers has joined the JCI family, and as we continue to innovate and grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial Refrigeration team.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will ensure flawless delivery to meet our customers' expectations. This includes on-time and on-budget delivery of various projects. You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure continued success. Your organizational skills and technical innovation will help our fast-paced team perform at the highest level.
Responsibilities include:
* liaising directly with clients to define scope and secure projects;
* project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, and recommendation reports;
* detailed design and layout work;
* ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards;
* maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards;
* collaborating with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget;
* supporting the regional project team;
* building and maintaining customer relationships;
* promoting business growth and success.
About You
* tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering;
* >5 years of industrial refrigeration/HVAC or similar industry experience;
* project management experience;
* excellent communication skills;
* proactive, with the ability to work independently and in teams;
* strong presentation skills;
* proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
