Job Opportunity
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing merchandisers, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with wholesalers and internal customer teams.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet sales objectives and grow the customer base within the territory.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings and negotiations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
o Manage casual merchandisers within the territory.
Requirements
* Experience in sales and/or FMCG is preferred, particularly in the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and build rapport with customers.
* Ability to travel and stay away from home every 3-4 weeks for 2-3 nights each trip.
* Valid Full Driver's License required.
* Willingness to work on the road Monday-Friday within the assigned territory.
