We’re looking for an experienced and organised Human Resources Administrator OR Human Resources Manager, to support a vibrant, fast-paced business with day-to-day HR operations, staff coordination, and general administration across a network of beauty retail stores throughout Australia. About the Role In this hands-on and varied role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HR and admin, providing essential support to store teams, new starters, and the operations team. Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end recruitment support: screening, interviewing, and onboarding Preparing and issuing contracts and employment documents Coordinating staff onboarding and first-day training Managing rosters and assisting with training compliance Responding to staff and client calls across multiple stores Preparing bi-weekly KPI reports for leadership Approving timesheets, entering leave, and preparing payroll data Coordinating stock and office supply orders Organising store maintenance, repairs, and monthly cleaning schedules Supporting the Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects About You To succeed in this role, you’ll be a natural organiser who can juggle multiple priorities while keeping people at the heart of everything you do.
