The Role:
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to:
Lead and inspire our kitchen teams, focusing on our various events and onsite venues.
Assist in crafting creative, seasonal menus that reflect our diverse audience and vibrant community.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, food safety, and team training.
What We're Looking For:
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a high-performing team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost management.
A collaborative attitude with a commitment to excellence and creativity.
