As the Business Partner – People & Culture at Ernest Henry, you will play a critical role in partnering with leaders to support workforce planning and build an engaged and capable workforce across site.
Reporting to the Superintendent-People & Culture, you will work closely with leaders to support day-to-day matters, providing guidance on policies, processes and employee relations while driving practical outcomes. You will combine strong generalist P&C capability with a hands‐on approach, supporting both operational and strategic priorities while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

This roster is 8/6 and is a 12‐hour day.
