Reporting to the Building Supervisor, your responsibilities include responding to maintenance needs, repairing plant and equipment, and ensuring safety and legislative compliance. You will be part of a dedicated Facilities Management team in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities Responding to and resolving maintenance issues efficiently Carrying out repairs on HVAC mechanical services and plant equipment Performing planned preventative maintenance as per the Asset Management Plan Assisting with minor projects and system improvements Ensuring compliance with national and state legislation Supporting team members with diagnostics, technical advice, and training Candidate Requirements Valid air conditioning and refrigeration license Extensive electrical maintenance experience in complex environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Commitment to workplace safety and best practices Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members High integrity, teamwork, and professionalism Why Join Serco?
