The Role
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will assist in managing a large and diverse portfolio of approximately 300 properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with day-to-day management of a high-volume portfolio
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections with strong attention to detail
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Providing administrative and operational support to the Property Management team
* Stepping in during the Senior PM’s absence to ensure seamless portfolio management
* Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to a high-performing team culture
This is an all-rounder role designed to develop your skills across every aspect of property management, with clear progression into managing your own portfolio.

The Person
* Some real estate experience preferred (Property Management, Leasing or Reception stepping up)
* Certificate of Registration required
* Well-presented with strong communication skills
* Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks
* Driver’s licence and reliable car
