* Provide high-quality support services to internal and external customers, as guided by the Employee Experience Manager.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing training and recruitment inboxes, ensuring the quality and compliance of all information documentation. You will also provide support to other team members during peak work periods, schedule introductory chats and interviews, and use our Learning Management system to book training, record training, answer general queries in the training inbox, and book inductions.
