Step into a role where you're not just advising on projects—you're part of building them.
Join a leading, globally backed construction group delivering some of the most complex and diverse projects across Australia and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
A high-performing in-house legal team is looking for a commercially minded front-end construction lawyer (~ 3–7 PQE). This is a hands-on, business-facing role with real exposure from day one.
What you'll do
You'll work closely with project teams to advise on and negotiate a broad range of construction contracts—from early contractor involvement (ECI) through to major D&C arrangements across public and private sector projects.
You'll provide practical, solutions-focused advice and support the business through the full lifecycle of projects.
Who are you?
A front-end construction lawyer with strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders. In-house experience is welcome, but not essential—candidates from strong private practice backgrounds will transition well.
Why this role?
* Work on complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors
* Be embedded in the business, not sitting on the sidelines
* Real scope to grow and shape your career
