As we are rapidly scaling our e-commece business, we are looking for a data-driven and analytical eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise our online presence and scale our digital performance.
About the Role
We're looking for an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to own and enhance our digital marketing strategies, website performance, and customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and analytics, and is passionate about optimising digital performance to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for managing our website front-end, email marketing, refining digital marketing campaigns, optimising SEO, and leveraging analytics to scale our online presence. What You'll Be Doing
* Website Management & Optimisation – Maintain and update the whole site based on business requirements, ensuring a seamless mobile-first experience and providing feedback on asset placement.
* Data-Driven Performance Enhancements – Use Google Analytics and Shopify data to identify trends, improve website performance, and recommend Shopify apps that enhance efficiency and eCommerce success.
* Strong Experience Using Klaviyo, Shopify, and Other eCommerce Tools – Leverage these platforms to improve website functionality and customer experience.
* Manage Klaviyo to Optimise Flows and Website Pop-ups – Enhance customer experience and support business revenue goals through effective email marketing and on-site engagement strategies.
* User Experience & Website Optimisation – Improve user flows and overall website experience using tools like Hotjar to drive engagement and conversions.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Initiatives – Implement and test strategies to enhance conversion rates, including A/B testing, improving checkout flows, and refining product page layouts.
* Manage Sales, Campaigns, and Business Objectives – Align digital marketing strategies with key business goals to drive traffic and revenue.
* Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve website and eCommerce platform issues to ensure smooth operations.
* Customer Experience & Support Tools – Utilise Klaviyo, Gorgias, and other tools to enhance customer experience and improve retention strategies.
* SEO & Content Optimisation – Identify and implement opportunities to improve SEO on product and collection pages while educating the team on best practices for future uploads.
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years of commercial eCommerce digital experience in a rapidly scaling ecommerce business
* Strong experience using Klaviyo, Shopify (preferably Shopify Plus), Gorgias, and Google Analytics .
* In-depth knowledge of SEM, affiliate marketing, and digital growth strategies .
* A data-focused, analytical mindset with the ability to identify key metrics and opportunities to scale the business.
* Experience in website front-end management, SEO optimisation, and eCommerce performance enhancements .
* Ability to troubleshoot website and platform issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital growth.
