You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business operations. The role requires several days in our Ballarat office, with the remainder of the week working remotely.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, and other modules.Customise Zoho applications to meet specific business needs.Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Zoho platform.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Maintain clear documentation and update processes as needed.Optimise workflows and automate business processes within Zoho.
