Job Description
* Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal value.
* Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with organisational goals.
* Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
* Oversee compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
* Analyse procurement data to drive informed decision-making and reporting.
* Ensure efficient supply chain management across facilities, energy, and remote operations.
The Successful Applicant
* 5+ year's experience in procurement, supply chain or category management
* Background in facilities management, services procurement, energy/resources or remote operations highly regarded
* Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management capability
* Comfortable managing both soft and hard FM categories, including catering, cleaning, maintenance, utilities or waste
* Able to work closely with operations, projects and business stakeholders
* Commercially sharp, with strong contract management and cost control skills
* Organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with regular office presence required
