Job DescriptionObjective:As a member of the Advisory Services Department, to develop and expand the firm's strategic consulting capabilities, improve service delivery to support and enhance the firm's business in China.
The goal is to provide comprehensive, world-class real estate advisory services to help clients develop effective strategies and maximize profits.
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality consulting services including development and market analysis, industry studies, occupier strategy, and regional development strategy studies for Chinese and international clients;Assist in the management, development, and marketing of advisory services;Continuously develop skills and experience through study, reading, and training to keep Advisory Services at the forefront of real estate consulting.QualificationsKey Accountabilities:Collaborate and communicate effectively with developers to understand their needs and deliver professional services;Ensure proper planning, organization, and implementation of projects, including assigning work and scheduling;Lead discussions on project ideas and layouts;Oversee the delivery of marketing research and positioning reports;Build and develop the team, cultivating and managing talents.Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;At least five years of experience in real estate market research or related areas;Strong knowledge of property markets in Guangzhou and South China; familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus;Ability to independently execute commercial projects;Good relationships with developers, with strong listening, facilitation, and feedback skills;At least three years of managing a sizable team with strong leadership skills;Proficiency in commercial property positioning, including strategy, client interviews, and financial analysis;Strong logical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills;Proficiency in MS Office;Good command of English communication skills.
