Introduction: We are currently recruiting an Assistant Accountant role with a commercial organisation on a 6 months FTC basis. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. You will report to the Finance Supervisor. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day transactional accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Conduct regular financial analysis and generate reports for management, highlighting key financial indicators and trends. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls and procedures are followed. Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements: 3 years in the Accounting domain Proficiency in ERP softwares and MS Excel. MS Business Central is preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., Cert IV in Accounting) would be an advantage.
