We are currently seeking a Casual Console Operator to work across a variety of shifts. With early starts, afternoon and late finishes, this role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

About the Role
Our BP Service Station is buzzing 7 days a week, offering a variety of 7.5-hour shifts to fit your lifestyle:
* Early Birds: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
* Afternoon & Evening Owls: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
Whether you love catching the sunrise or prefer winding down the day with purpose, we've got the shift for you. And it gets even better – weekend shifts come with penalty rates, giving your pay a welcome boost
As a Console Operator, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to our holiday guests and regular customers alike. From making coffee and processing sales to restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and welcoming space, you'll play an essential role in creating a great customer experience.
For those with reception or front-of-house experience, there may also be an opportunity to work additional shifts as a Guest Experience Officer at our Noosa Holiday park next door. This role involves guest check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings, and ensuring a seamless stay for our visitors – perfect if you enjoy variety and customer service in a holiday setting.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused with great communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work without supervision
* Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
* Barista experience is a plus (or willing to learn – we'll train you)
* Willing to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as rostered
* Capable of thinking on your feet
