MWL is looking for a creative and highly passionate Social Media & PR Manager to lead MWL's digital presence and drive the next phase of our global brand story.
This is a hands‑on strategic role for someone who's equally comfortable setting the vision as they are executing it. Driving the visual & influencer strategy, staying ahead of elevated trend forecasting with strong storytelling instincts.
You'll be the pulse of the brand: Leading our social media strategy, nurturing influencer and PR relationships, ensuring MWL continues to set the tone in modern bridal.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategy across all channels – Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn, setting direction, tone, and visual rhythm in line with brand's aesthetics and goals
* Oversee day‑to‑day execution of content scheduling and planning. You'll be supported by a full‑time in‑house Content Creator and Graphic Designer
* Collaborate closely with the TikTok Manager and Content Creator to ensure content output is cohesive, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy
* Brief content as per strategy working as far ahead as possible
* Maintain and update the social media calendar, ensuring all activity is synced with campaigns, launches, and marketing milestones
* Be the first to spot trends and creators to identify how MWL can authentically join the conversation and collaborate
* Lead influencer and UGC strategy – from identifying newly engaged brides to securing placements with fashion and lifestyle creators
* Liaise with creators and influencers to maintain an ongoing stream of content, ensuring MWL remains aspirational and visible across platforms
* Oversee press & PR outreach for new campaigns and key brand moments – creating and maintaining relationships with bridal directories
* Support the marketing team in storytelling through key moments – product launches, brand campaigns and international events
Key Skills
* Have experience in social media, PR or influencer marketing – ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle (but not limited to)
* Ensure creatives are always engaging across all MWL platforms – from Instagram reels to stills, stories and editorial snippets
* Be obsessed with culture and always two steps ahead of the trend curve
* Feel confident establishing organic strategy and optimising for maximum growth
* Understand how to blend data‑driven decisions with instinctive creativity
* Feel confident briefing, directing and collaborating both internally and with external partners
* Love storytelling, visual strategy, and all things social
