Job Title: Major Account Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales and profitability in major accounts. As a Major Account Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and supporting customer business plans that align with predetermined business targets and strategic category initiatives within corporate groceries.

The role is crucial to our organization's Sales team, responsible for driving sales and profitability in key trading partners. Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring high-level customer account management for key trading partners.
* Proactively managing customer forecast accuracy, sales revenue, and net margin contribution.
* Facilitating visits from other stakeholders as necessary to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintaining weekly customer reporting and analyzing IRI data.
* Collecting, analyzing, and reporting market data and trends relative to competitor activity, pricing, and market share to identify business opportunities.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to achieve goals.
* Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with customers to drive improved efficiency and value creation for both parties.
* Engaging customers on actionable market insights, category performance, and other key metrics to drive joint business growth.
* Driving innovation opportunities through the development of category and shopper insights, leading to compelling customer proposals.
* Supporting the National Business Manager as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include:

* Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the Retail Channel.
* Fresh food experience preferred.
* Results-oriented and driven.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, including rostering.
