We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with barriers to secure and maintain meaningful employment.

Your primary responsibility will be to directly support job seekers with barriers to grow, develop, and realise their potential. This may involve working in person or on the phone. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and sourcing new opportunities for your job seekers, collaborating with the team to share your ideas, skills, and experience, and maintaining accurate records, claims, and other important documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for helping others, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. You will also need to have intermediate computer literacy, phone, and record keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills

* Intermediate computer literacy, phone, and record keeping skills
