Job description The Sales Analyst will play a key role in supporting FYME’s growth strategy by analysing sales performance, strengthening its position in the Brazilian market, and supporting expansion into Spanish-speaking markets. The role involves analysing sales and market data, managing sales-related business information, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and providing insights to support sales strategy and operational improvements. A key focus of the role is to support the company’s international expansion by developing data-driven strategies to engage Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking clients, while improving sales efficiency, pipeline performance, and scalability. Duties and Responsibilities • Analyse sales performance data, market trends, and client information, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking markets, to identify patterns and growth opportunities • Collect, organise, and manage business and sales information, including CRM data, pipeline activity, and performance metrics • Conduct market research on Spanish-speaking regions (including Latin America and Spain) to support the company’s international expansion strategy • Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in relation to Spanish-speaking client segments • Evaluate sales processes and client engagement strategies for Spanish-speaking markets, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion outcomes • Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention within Spanish-speaking markets • Provide advisory support to management on market positioning, client behaviour, and business opportunities in Spanish-speaking regions • Assist in improving internal systems, data management, and reporting processes to better capture and analyse Spanish-speaking client data • Collaborate with management to support business planning and performance monitoring, particularly in relation to the company’s expansion into Spanish-speaking markets Skills Required • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (due to target markets) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in sales data analysis • Ability to analyse, interpret, and manage sales and client data • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics • Ability to provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms Education and Previous Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or commercial roles • Experience supporting sales teams and managing client or pipeline data • Experience in international markets and client relationship environments • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation Working Arrangements • Full-time hours: 38 hours per week • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent • Salary: AUD 90,000 – 110,000 per year superannuation Schedule • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • No weekends Work Eligibility The applicant must have full working rights in Australia or be eligible to obtain a work visa through employer sponsorship.
