Controls Deployment & Service (CDS) Technicians
This role supports building automation systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). You will deploy and service these systems to maintain data center health and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy and maintain critical systems: Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS systems across multiple data centers.
* Execute technical projects: Manage installations from server provisioning to sensor calibration and supervise contractor work.
* Drive operational excellence: Provide commissioning support, conduct root cause analysis, document systems, and follow change management processes.
* Enable team success: Mentor facilities teams, collaborate with vendors, and recommend design improvements.
* Deliver reliable service: Respond to emergencies, manage on-call rotations, oversee service agreements, and prioritize work via ticketing systems.

Qualifications
* 4+ years of data center engineering experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Knowledge of network design and low voltage cabling.
* Experience in data center engineering or operations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in relevant work.
* Physical ability to bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working.
* Dexterous hand use for small wires and objects.
* Ability to walk on job sites with uneven terrain.
