**About you**
We are looking for Full-time Kiosk Manager to join the team in our new kiosk in Chadstone Shopping Centre.
**The role** 
- Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail 
- Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings 
- Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets 
- Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support 
- Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience 
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills 
- Experience in managing a retail team 
- Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire 
- Ability to multi-task and build relationships 
- Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
