Key Sales Manager Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Key Sales Manager within a leading organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Delivering and exceeding sales targets
* Managing a portfolio of large industrial customers, including National customer sites
* Driving growth in the gas and welding equipment business within your managed portfolio
* Winning new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your region
* Generating leads and managing the opportunity pipeline
* Signing new and existing customers to supply and service agreements
* Capturing competitor activities and market trends within your region
* Representing and growing the organisation's position within the local community and industry
* Providing customer training and product demonstrations
About You:
* You have demonstrable experience in business development and account management (industrial industry sales would be an advantage)
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills are required
* Understanding of pricing and profitability management
* Experience with SAP systems is beneficial
* You have a proven track record of working autonomously and independently
* Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
* Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
