We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who is highly capable, motivated and driven by design and detail with a wealth of knowledge in building & carpentry. This role will predominantly be overseeing projects on the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.
About the role
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for a small group of Leading Hands, Carpenters and Apprentices, working closely with the Senior Site Manager and Construction Manager.
You will work with the Cadence & Co construction team and may also liaise with other members of the Cadence & Co business as required, as well as external parties.
About you
* Experience working as a Site Manager, preferably on high-end residential, architecturally designed homes
* Confident in all aspects of construction, building, & carpentry, incl but not limited to:
* Setout
* Excavation management
* Structural management
* Fit-out and finishes management
* Ability to mentor and lead with confidence
* Able to confidently manage a small team of Carpenters and Apprentices on site
* Ability to oversee subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
* Ability to interpret plans and follow a construction program
* Strong focus on safety
* Willingness to be on the tools as required
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle
* White Card - General Construction Induction Card
