What Does Your Typical Day Look Like?
You will work on complex domestic, corporate, and international tax transactions, managing the day-to-day income tax affairs of a diverse range of clients. Every day will present new challenges – assisting a client with their complex income tax compliance one day and working on complex tax advice the next. You will be part of a high-performing and fast-growing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and be mentored by some of the best professionals in this field.
About Our Team
Our Private Tax team is dedicated to providing expert tax advice and services to complex private groups, listed companies, multinational groups, and private equity. We work collaboratively as a team to advise on corporate and international tax transactions, M&A transactions, and restructures. Our primary focus is to bring an integrated approach and a strong client-centric focus to help advise, support, and solve the most complex tax and advisory challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Prior experience at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm, or relevant in-house expertise specialising in taxation.
* Exposure to large private groups, multinational companies, and private equity.
* The ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* Proven leadership experience and a willingness to drive growth.
* The ability to project manage and deliver multiple client engagements.
* A strong sense of teamwork and a desire to manage, coach, and mentor upcoming talent.
