We are building a new, one-of-a-kind team for an exciting large-scale project and we are now seeking a skilled professional to join us.
This role is a hybrid project & operations where you will see yourself implementing and supporting a hybrid Cisco SD-Access & Check Point-based security solutions across one of our major customer's complex network infrastructures.
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 5 years of enterprise experience in networking.
2. Cisco CCNP certification.
3. Strong knowledge of MSP & enterprise networks and datacentres.
4. Extensive experience with Cisco Software Defined Access (SD-A) networks, including implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
5. Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) for both SD-A and analytics purposes.
6. Experience in firewall technologies (Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet), including deployment, configuration, and rule base management.
7. Understanding of Cisco enterprise wireless networks running Catalyst 9800 WLCs.
8. Experience with network management systems (BMC Entuity, SolarWinds, etc.)
9. Understanding of automation platforms (BMC TSNA, Ansible, AWX, Python, etc.)
* Strong documentation & collaboration skills (as-built, network diagrams using Microsoft Visio & draw.io, technical handover sessions to BAU team, etc.).
Desirable
10. Experience in implementing Check Point firewalls within a Cisco SD-Access environment.
* Proficiency with Check Point SmartConsole, Multi-Domain System Management & Virtual System eXtension.
