Receptionist Role
The Receptionist is the primary point of contact for all visitors and guests to our office.
* Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, Slacks, and in-person enquiries
* Communicate facility and office updates to staff via the appropriate channels
* Be responsible for our visitor management system, ensuring our guests do the right thing
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and multi-tasker with exceptional phone manner, work productively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They should also have a proactive and approachable demeanor and be tech-savvy and keen to keep learning.
