About the Role
As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in both leadership and hands‑on nursing.
* Managing day‑to‑day clinic operations, including stock control, rostering, and client record management.
* Leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and patient care.
* Building a positive team culture.
* Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives.
* Ensuring monthly KPIs are met.
* Participating in nursing duties as needed, including mentoring and training nurses.
About You
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse.
* Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
* Excellent animal handling and in‑depth knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Good business acumen and organisational ability.
* Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team.
