About the Role

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver personalised, person-centred care that empowers clients to live independently and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

• Flexible casual hours
• Availability required for Monday, Wednesday & Friday weekdays between 8am-4pm
• Support clients in Bendigo and nearby communities

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and social support
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Transport clients to appointments and outings

About you

You are driven by a genuine passion for caring for older members of our community and creating meaningful moments in their everyday lives. Your exceptional communication skills help you build strong connections, and your commitment to supporting independence empowers clients to achieve their personal goals and live life to the fullest.

• A big heart and a positive attitude
• Certificate III in Individual Support or related field
• Valid driver's licence
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Police Check
