Workforce Development Advisor – Aboriginal Targeted Position

Permanent Full Time

Salary Package: $110,972 – $119,506 inclusive of base salary ($97,771–$105,290), superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

Within the Workforce Culture, Capability & Change branch, the Advisor will provide hands‐on support for the coordination and delivery of workforce development programs that build employee capability and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing learning materials and facilitating workshops.
• Maintain program records and contribute to reporting and analysis.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support initiatives that improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative or operational support activities in a professional environment.
• Strong track record delivering high‐quality service and trusted advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience).
