Key Responsibilities
* Prepare export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, etc.)
* Liaise with relevant government authorities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping providers
* Assist the International Sales Manager with global customer communication
* Track shipments and keep customers updated
* Support quotations, ERP updates, and general sales administration
* Help prepare for international trade shows; travel may be required
* Learn export processes, compliance, communication, and global timelines
