We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Global Customer & Export Assistant to support our International Sales Manager, who brings over 20 years of global experience. This role begins with structured administrative work, customer communication, export paperwork, and shipment coordination, with clear opportunities to grow as your capability develops.

Experience is welcome, but your accuracy, attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter most. Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged, as additional languages are highly valuable in our international markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare export documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, etc.)
* Liaise with relevant government authorities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping providers
* Assist the International Sales Manager with global customer communication
* Track shipments and keep customers updated
* Support quotations, ERP updates, and general sales administration
* Help prepare for international trade shows; travel may be required
* Learn export processes, compliance, communication, and global timelines

* Multilingual skills are a strong advantage
* Admin/logistics experience helpful but not required
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* International travel may be required. Applicants should hold a valid passport and be able to travel without restrictions.
