About the Opportunity
Our system aims to bridge educational gaps and enhance learning outcomes for children enrolled in kindergarten programs.
The ideal candidate will support centre-based staff in developing and submitting funding plans, tracking progress, and delivering coaching to ensure best practices across all sites.
This is a part-time role with a maximum term contract until December 2026. While officially based at Box Hill, we offer flexibility in work arrangements allowing you to work from home and across our Victorian Centres.
Funding Coach Job Responsibilities:
* Support centres in developing and submitting their funding plans
* Monitor and track engagement and completion of funding plans
* Deliver coaching and mentoring to centre-based staff according to their funding plan requirements
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you'll have extensive knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework, experience in teaching, and foundational understanding of SRF Priority Areas (Communication, Wellbeing, and Access, Inclusion and Participation).
You should also be able to demonstrate your working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, particularly national quality standards areas 1 and 5.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* VIT registration
* Australian Children's Foundation Online Safeguarding Children Certificate
