What you'll do
Build trusted relationships across branches and teams
Promote a safe, healthy work environment
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Support injury management and return-to-work plans
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Travel regularly across regional NSW and QLD to visit our branches
What you'll bring
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A genuine ability to build trust and influence others
Experience in health, safety, or environmental work, especially in ag, is a big plus.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset & confidence working independently and remotely
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively
Safety-related qualifications (desirable)
