About The Role
The Manager, Regulatory Communications and Engagement leads the planning, development and delivery of high-quality regulatory communications and engagement activities to support effective regulation and compliance outcomes for the Hospitality and Racing division, which comprises Liquor & Gaming NSW, the Office of Responsible Gambling and the Office of Racing.
The role is responsible for managing external communications channels, including Liquor & Gaming NSW website content and public facing materials, coordinating stakeholder events, and ensuring regulatory messaging is clear, consistent, accessible and aligned with legislative and policy requirements.

About You
We are looking for someone with the following key knowledge and experience:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience in communications or related field plus considerable experience in the development and implementation of engagement strategies in a complex, dynamic, multifaceted environment.
* Demonstrated experience in regulatory communications, including communicating complex or technical information to non-technical audiences.
