What You'll Do
* Build and launch a huge variety of websites: directories, beauty/wellness, eCommerce, landing pages, trade/mining, and more
* Own projects end-to-end: front-end, back-end, UX/UI, deployment, and direct client engagement
* Lead and mentor: Guide junior devs and shape project outcomes
* Work directly with clients: Be the expert they trust, not just a coder in the background
* Enjoy total flexibility: Work from home, in-office, or hybrid your choice
Who You Are
* Based in Australia, with full working rights
* Minimum 5 years' web development experience (agency background required)
* Proven portfolio: Show us your best work custom builds, UX/UI, creative solutions
* Fluent in: React, Vue, WordPress, Shopify, PHP,, and more
* Full stack: Equally strong in front-end and back-end
* Detail-obsessed, quality-driven, and proud to be the "best"
* Energetic, positive, and "batteries included" clients love your spark
* Solution-oriented: Complaining is a dealbreaker; you find answers, not problems
* Client-facing: You communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build trust
* Ready to lead, mentor, and elevate the team
Compensation & Incentives
* Contract-based role with industry-leading commission:
* Earn a minimum of 50% of every contract value you deliver
* Hit key KPIs (on-time delivery, upselling, client success) and earn up to 70% of contract value
* On-target earnings of $200,000+ annually (uncapped for top performers)
