Job Description
We are currently seeking a clinical psychologist to help support our team in Melbourne, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive team environment.
* You'll provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy planning, evidence-based interventions, and detailed clinical reporting tailored to individual client needs.
* Design behaviour support plans grounded in functional assessments, and conduct risk assessments or implement safety plans where needed.
* Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, coordinated support across your caseload.
* Maintain thorough, up-to-date client records to support continuity of care and informed decision-making.
* Deliver therapy with sensitivity to each client's cultural, linguistic, and personal context—adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist.
* Knowledge of the APS Code of Ethics and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with allied health colleagues and support coordinators.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
