We are currently seeking a Commercial Lead to lead our team of analysts, driving performance and adding commercial value across the business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a commercial analyst or finance leadership position.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical and methodical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of analysts, ensuring they are performing at their best and developing them further.
Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead a small team of analysts to ensure high performance and development.
* Customer Profit Modelling: Own customer profit modelling and reporting, including in-depth analysis, forecasting, and commentary.
* Presentation and Reporting: Present insightful proposals and findings to senior stakeholders.
* Rebate Calculations: Manage rebate calculations and ensure accurate, timely release in line with company policy.
* Key Accounts Support: Support the Key Accounts team in all commercial tasks and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a commercial analyst or finance leadership position, ideally with a track record of success.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with an analytical and methodical mindset.
* Communication Skills: Effective communicator, able to build relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders.
