They’re now seeking an experienced HR practitioner to step into a pivotal People & Performance Business Partner role and help shape the future of their workforce. Description Reporting to the P&P Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to; Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal operational stakeholders Support the management team with policy and procedure development and amalgamation Investigations, case management and resolving issues Driving best practice and performance expectations across the group Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations Provide leadership development and coaching to upskill capability Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience as a Senior Advisor or Business Partner level Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on ER and developing internal policies and frameworks Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail Tertiary qualified, ideally within Human Resources Precise and robust communication style Excellent use of own initiative Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills Opportunity Established team with longevity and capability Airport location Opportunity for impact and positive results Immediate start preferred Vehicle allowance If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
