About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolworths, delivering friendly service throughout the store.
Working across the store, Team Members perform a variety of tasks from stocking shelves and setting up the fresh fruit & veg display, to picking orders for our online customers and providing the final welcoming touch as customers leave the store.
What You'll Do
Greet, acknowledge and thank customers for shopping at Woolworths.
Adhere to policy and procedure to keep yourself, each other and customers safe, including reporting hazards.
Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey.
Pick orders for our online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
